Photos: April 12, 2008I thought I'd be super-blogger today and post some photos that were taken mere hours ago. It's so warm today that after weeks of begging from Jonas, we decided to open the sandbox. It has been covered w/ plywood and a tarp since last October and Jonas has been asking at least once a week if we can open the sandbox. So today was finally the day. Of course now he's really wanting to have his little pool out and filled up so he can go swimming, too. I'm sure it will be a few more months, at least, until that happens. Until then, he'll have to be happy with digging in the sand.

funny how we remember how pale our skin gets in the winter when the sun finally shines on it!
We did actually break out the SPF 30. Unfortunately for Jonas, the Wakefield/Cook genes combined into super-white skin tone for him.
He will never be accused of being too tan.
